The Formation of GET Services...

Gateway Engineering and Technology Services, GETS, was established by colleagues with shared experience across engineering delivery, technology development and client-side programme management. The business was built around a practical understanding of the pressures faced by engineering teams: technical quality, delivery speed, cost control, communication and access to the right capability at the right time.

Our team has seen first-hand how engineering programmes can be slowed down by unclear handovers, fragmented communication and gaps between core teams and delivery support. GETS was created to address these challenges by working as an integrated extension of our clients’ teams, bringing structure, empathy and delivery discipline to every engagement.


Our focus is on the planning, communication and delivery discipline required to support flawless execution in complex engineering programmes.


We support clients who need additional capability, specialist knowledge or focused delivery capacity across product engineering, CAE services, vehicle engineering, technology development and product development support. Our approach is built on clear communication, practical project control and a strong understanding of the client’s technical and commercial priorities.
